The Music Library Association is pleased to invite you to participate in their upcoming 87th annual meeting at the Hilton Portland Downtown, January 31-February 4, 2018.
We expect approximately 450 music librarians with direct responsibility for administering budgets, selecting materials, and recommending equipment or furniture purchases for their libraries. This is the largest annual gathering of music librarians in North America and is a unique opportunity for attendees to network, share knowledge, and explore new directions in music librarianship.
The information below covers how to reserving exhibit space and how to place advertisements in the conference program, the mobile Guidebook app, on the conference site, as well as other sponsorship options. If you prefer to send payment by mail, use the “Bill Me” option that allows you to print your registration form and send it to the MLA Business Office with your check. The deadline for registration and all exhibitor purchases is December 15, 2017.
Ads and tables are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t delay!Exhibitors are respectfully requested to LOG IN to their account in order to purchase tables and ads and register for the conference. Without logging into the site, we cannot guarantee the transaction will record correctly.

Ad placement possibilities include:

- the right column of all Program pages (landing page and subpages)
- the right column of all Pre-MLA Event pages (landing page and subpages), and
- the right column of the Portland pages (landing page and subpages)
- the right column of the About and Register pages.
Prices range from $200-$250/month depending on placement.
